Change the Default Status of the “Auto Complete” Feature

Auto Complete is a global setting that allows Clearly Inventory to offer field data options based on characters already entered into the field. This is very useful when looking up item numbers or descriptions. However you may want to turn this feature off if using a bar code reader to populate fields.

To Change the Default Status of the "Auto Complete" Feature:

1. Click the "Admin"tab.

2. Click the "Settings" link.

3. Click the "Auto Search (Auto Complete)" field, and click “On” or “Off” to select.  If you select "On", the Default Location will be auto populated on the transaction panel.

4. Click the "Save Settings" button.
