Edit/Undo Transactions

Last Updated: Jul 03, 2014 04:22PM CDT
You can "Edit" the data in custom fields after a transaction has occurred. You can also "Undo" a transaction if needed.  ‚ÄčIt's important to note that when you edit and/or undo a transaction, a record of the action is not saved in the system.

To Edit a Transaction:

1. Click the "
MyInventotry" tab.

2. Type the item id, number, sku, etc.. that you use to identify an item in the "Item ID" filter field.  Hit the "Enter" or "Tab" key on your keyboard.

3. Find the inventory record/row you wish to edit, and in the row to the far right click the "Inventory Record Historybutton (clock icon).  This will take you to the "Inventory Record History" page.

4. Click the pencil icon (edit) for the transaction you wish to edit. This will take you to the "Last Transaction..." form where you can change the data in the custom fields only.  Transaction fields that cannot be changed are quantity, transaction date, and cost per unit.

5. Click the "Save" button.

To Undo a Transaction:

1. Click the "
MyInventotry" tab.

4. Click the "Undo" button for the transaction you wish to undo.

5. The pop-up message "Are you sure you want to Undo this transaction?" will appear.  Click the "OK
" button.
